Embrace provides high-quality, community-based residential services in key regions across Ireland. We are opening new residential homes in Kildare, Clonmel, Navan, Carrickmacross and Dundalk in 2026 with further new residential homes planned for Dublin, Galway and other regions in 2027.
Our locations
We currently have 20 open and active residential care homes situated in communities across Ireland, supporting both adults and children. Each location is thoughtfully selected to foster inclusion, ensure accessibility, and offer strong connections to local amenities – helping residents feel truly integrated into the community.
