We believe in understanding and developing the strengths of our residents to foster greater independence and participation in their local communities
The aim of our strengths-based service is to afford each resident the opportunity to develop a valued social role within their community; developing greater independence is a large part of this.
By empowering our residents to take on greater levels of independence, many will have the opportunity to live with a greater level of self-sufficiency.
This development pathway is matched by a full continuum of care model offered by Embrace; from residential support, to on-site independent living units and supported community living.

We’re driven by a commitment to grow with the evolving needs of individuals, families, and communities across Ireland. As the demand for high-quality residential support increases, so too does our ambition: to create safe, inclusive homes for more people, in more places.
In 2026, we’re expanding our network with new residential care homes in the counties of Meath and Kildare with further developments planned for areas including Wexford and Louth. Each home is guided by our core belief that care should be local, personalised, and deeply embedded in the community.
